Management Team:

Lynn Margherio, Founder & CEO - Lynn has shaped the Cradles to Crayons' concept and business model from lessons gained as an aunt to 9 young boys and girls, and from 15+ years of business strategy consulting and public policy experience. As EVP of the William J. Clinton Foundation's HIV/AIDS Initiative, Lynn helped launch and build President Clinton's program to assist developing countries to plan and implement large-scale HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs. As business strategist, she has advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies, competitive positioning and new businesses. She also worked as a policy advisor in the Clinton White House, on areas spanning health care and e-commerce.

Jim Stevens, Co-Founder & President - Jim brings 30 years of corporate experience and a passion for building community to Cradles to Crayons. A serial entrepreneur and marketing professional, Jim has run his own export business, led a subsidiary of a publicly held specialty retailer, and held senior executive positions with Rayovac, Max Factor, Halston Fragrances and the Revlon Corporation. Jim has supported the Massachusetts Special Olympics for over 20 years as an active coach, advocate and fundraiser.

Jennifer Case, Founder & President, C2C Philadelphia - Jennifer, with the help of her 3 young children, held a multi-family tag sale to assist children who were evacuated from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Through this event, she experienced the potential power of community-wide efforts to help disadvantaged children, and the lessons she could teach her children, and others, about the power of giving. By bringing the Cradles to Crayons model to Philadelphia, Jennifer has a year 'round vehicle to realize both.  Jennifer has 11 years of business experience at Bankers Trust and Time Warner.
