ABOUT THE EVENT

·     Scramble Format Golf Outing                                                                      

(10 am – 12 pm = registration, putting contest and free range balls; 12pm = Shotgun Start)

Choose the one best shot from your team following every stroke, with each team member then playing again from that one spot.  All groups of players tee off simultaneously from different holes. Each hole on a course will be the tee off hole for each foursome. Group 1 would start from hole 1, Group 2 from hole 2, etc.

Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Straight Drive & more

·      Dinner & Raffles

(est 5:00-8:00 pm)

Immediately after golf, a buffet style dinner will be served and winners of the golf event and raffles will be announced. Raffles will include some awesome prizes!

$150 per person now thru June 23rd 

$160 after June 23rd

(includes: full round of golf w/ cart, free range balls before the round, buffet style dinner, welcome gift, fun)

$50 DINNER ONLY option

(includes: buffet style dinner, raffles, fun)

You have the option to register as a group, as an individual with a known group, or as an individual without a group. If you haven’t arranged to play in a specific group that’s okay, please register yourself and we’ll place you in a group.

Event Sponsor $5000 Company logo included on all advertising and publicity (including hole signage), full page add in golf/day of event brochure, special acknowledgment on the event website, golf, dinner, and drinks for 4, sponsor table (optional) at a registration or a hole of your choice.

Beverage Cart, Appetizer, or Dinner Sponsorship $1,000 – $2,500 Company logo will appear on the day of event banner, Full page ad will appear in golf/day of event brochure, special acknowledgment on Swinging 4 the Future website.

Sponsor a Hole $500 Hole sponsorship includes company name & logo on a tee box sign, Company logo will appear on the day of event banner, ½ page ad will appear in golf/day of event brochure, special acknowledgment on Swinging 4 the Future website. Option for either a full page ad or a tent at a hole.

Sponsor a Hole $250 Hole sponsorship includes company name & logo on a tee box sign, Company logo will appear on the day of event banner, ½ page ad will appear in golf/day of event brochure, special acknowledgment on Swinging 4 the Future website

Advertise in Our Flyer $100 ½ page ad will appear in golf/day of event brochure, special acknowledgment on Swinging 4 the Future website
