March–April Spring Greening: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: "Green" your closet by donating your new and gently–used children's items. Make C2C a part of your spring cleaning ritual, and encourage friends, neighbors, and colleagues to do the same.
May–June Gear Up for Baby: C2C is committed to keeping children safe. Join our efforts to provide our most vulnerable population with the basics. Creative special events as well as family, community, and corporate partnerships are available for this event.
July–September Ready for School:C2C is dedicated to improving children's self esteem and starting them off on the right foot with quality school supplies and a new backpack. August 25: 4th Annual Backpack–a–thon: Join us on for this high–visibility team building event. We will fill thousands of backpacks for local children. Individual, family, and corporate partnership levels range from $5,000–$75,000.
Sunday, September 18: Stroller in the Park:Cradles to Crayons is partnering with The Please Touch Museum to help keep our most vulnerable population of children, ages 0-5, safe this fall. Bring your new or gently-used baby equipment to benefit Cradles to Crayons. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday, October 7-8: Shire Big Give:Bring new and gently used clothing, coats, shoes, books, toys, baby safety equipment, school supplies, and any item a child up to 12 years old might need to Shire's Big Give region-wide community donation drive at Wilson Farm Park. Cradles to Crayons will deliver these basic essentials to thousands of kids across the greater Philadelphia region who need them most.
Oct–March Gear Up for Winter: Help 10,000 local children brave the cold New England winter with coats, boots, and other warm winter gear. This initiative to keep kids safe and warm relies on financial, in–kind, and volunteer support from families and corporations. Creative partnership opportunities are available at all levels.
December 3 The "Un–Gala:" A Family Time to Give: Join us for our fourth annual signature fundraiser to help raise funds for our annual program budget. Together with hundreds of our friends, we will roll up our sleeves to inspect clothing, sort coats, and package books for children in need. Corporate, individual, and family partnership levels range from $2,500 to $100,000.
